One of my favorite sea food dishes that were not so one of my favorites, till not very long ago. I really came to enjoy these delicious bivalves, with a very dear member of my extended family and whom I consider to be the love of my life. Names will be omitted to protect the innocent. At any rate, these are so delicious and can be enjoyed simply tossed and cooked in white or red wine, which ever you prefer, with shallots and garlic or made  in a spicy Thai coconut curry sauce, which is how I enjoy them most. Oh and really, how can I leave out the “frites”!? I think these are going to be on my menu tomorrow evening. Drools!
