Wow! If you haven’t tried making this quick and easy delicious muffin-bread (that’s how I describe it), known as Yorkshire pudding, in the UK, or Popovers here in the states, you don’t know what you’re missing. It is one of my favorite things to have with dinner when serving a stew or braise. It makes the perfect accompaniment. And the best part of it is, they can be to made in 20 minutes. It’s so easy to make your kids can make them. All it is, is flour, stock, milk, butter, or some other meat fat, salt and fresh cracked pepper. You can however, leave out the stock and animal fat, and just use melted butter as your fat, and they will still be as delicious.
