This is one of my favorite quick and easy go to recipes, when I am feeling like a little pasta, but don’t have the time for long and slow cooked tomato sauce like my aunt Nellie use to make. I love this simple recipe as it can be made in just under 15 minutes. You first need to have your mis en place station all ready to go and have the simplest of necessary ingredients: can of  “Cento San Marzano whole peeled tomatoes” and some freshly grated pecorino romano cheese, olive oil, kosher salt, freshly cracked pepper, fresh parsely and thyme. And of course, some penne pasta!
