My favorite burger in the world, is by far, one of my very own classics. I love a great burger as much as the next person (guy!), and there is nothing better than a great burger with a perfectly caramelized exterior seared in a blackened cast iron skillet, finished off in the oven and topped with a layer of gooey Swiss cheese and red onion marmalade. Oh and of course, what goes best with this savory fixing, but twice fried russet potatoes. This creation is sent from burger heaven and transports me to another world. Love this dish with an icy cold Coke.
