This recipe is inspired by Marco Pierre White. I decided to make this recipe for a friend last night, well 2 to be exact and was nothing more than amazing. Delicious and fragrant from the braising liquid and spices to the most deliciously topped golden (piped) mashed potatoes. The dish is placed into a 450 degree broiler and finished till the tops of the potatoes are caramelized till perfection. The dish can be served with a savory hunk of country bread or served as is with a simple salad and a crispy wine of your choice. Enjoy !
